Moza Al Hamadi

CEPA Strasbourg Program Manager

Originally from Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Moza obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Relations, from Zayed University, then she started her professional career in the Ministry of Higher Education, Abu Dhabi, as an Assistant Specialist, in the Emirati National Commission for UNESCO, then in the Commission for Academic Accreditation.

Passionate about the Italian culture and language, Moza achieved fluency in Italian and started actively collaborating with the Italian Cultural Institute in intercultural, literary and diplomatic projects in her hometown. She decided to move to Bologna, Italy in 2021, to study a Master’s of Italinistica (Italian culture, literature, and linguistics) at l’Università di Bologna, the oldest European university, ranked as 1st best university in Italy. In 2023, she obtained a Master’s of French Language and Literature from l’Université de Strasbourg, France, where she resides now.

Believing in the power of youth in building bridges of understanding between cultures worldwide, through multicultural education and soft power, and Interested in International and European cultural affairs, social consciousness, and intercultural and multidisciplinary education, Moza joined the European Study Center, Strasbourg, in September 2023 as a Program Manager.

A native speaker of Standard Arabic and Emirati dialects, fluent in English, Italian, and French, and has basic knowledge of German, Spanish, and Russian. In her free time, Moza dedicates time to urban sketching, traveling between European cities, and reading.
