An internship at our European Study Center (ESC) Strasbourg provides a unique opportunity to work in an international environment with people coming from around the world. The study center is located in the Château de Pourtales, a 250-year old and company-owned castle, that also operates a 3-star hotel.
Duration:
6 months starting January / March / September

Responsibilites:
- Project management: organization and implementation of faculty-led programs in Europe
- Expanding and cultivation contacts with companies and institutions that welcome our groups
- Budgeting and cost control
- Research and analysis on cultural and academic topcis related to study abroad topics and regions
- Evaluation and customer reviews
- Reception and guest service with check-in and check-out
- Breakfast service with preparation and clean-up
- Back office support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (tourism, business administration, cultural studies or similar)
- Previous experiences abroad and in the organitation of events/group trips preferred
- Fluency in French and English, further language skills in German, Italian and/or Spanish preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
