The first-ever CEPA photo contest is now open for submissions!
We are excited to recognize and celebrate student talent.

Who can enter?
- Students participating in a study abroad program run by CEPA or CEPA Foundation between January 1 to July 31, 2024
Awards
Winning submissions will be displayed on the CEPA website and social media channels and will be announced during International Education Week November 18-22, 2024.
- First Prize: $300
- Second Prize: $200
- Third Prize: $100
- Several $50 prizes for runners up
* Prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift card.
Categories
Select your most creative photos and let us know the category into which they best fit.
- Landscapes and Culture – Photos of you in a city where you are currently studying abroad with CEPA. Photos can include you engaging with local culture, eating local cuisine, interacting with residents, or participating in cultural events.
- Courses and Classes — Photos of you can include you or your peers in the classroom, during excursions, or on field trips.
- You in Europe — Photos of you during your time abroad. For example, photos can be of a group of students on a field trip, you at your favorite spot in your host city, or any other photos of you during your time abroad.
Rules and regulations
- Entries must be original content taken by you during your program.
- Photos must be of a high resolution and without additional text or enhancements
- You must provide a title, and brief description for your photo, including the location and date the photo was taken.
- Photos must be yours. Do not use other people’s photos or plagiarize.
- Photo content with excessive alcohol, drug, or related paraphernalia or sexual content is not acceptable and you will be disqualified from the contest.
- You can submit as many photos as you like for each or different categories.
- Winners are eligible to receive only one prize, regardless of the number of photos submitted.

All submissions become the property of CEPA Customized Educational Programs Abroad who will have full, non-exclusive rights of use and circulation (with attribution to the photographer). By submitting my photo, I understand these terms and grant this right to CEPA.
