Chailey Clucas-Boullin (She/Her)
HR Training and Organizational Development Manager
Growing up with change as a constant, Chailey experienced her first international move at just six years old. Navigating new cultures became second nature long before she learned the formal intercultural theories behind those transitions.
Having relocated multiple times throughout her life, she has lived in major global hubs including London, Toronto, New York, Seattle, Stuttgart, and Shanghai. This lifelong journey of adaptation sparked a profound appreciation for the power of global perspectives.
Academic Background & Expertise
After earning her degree in International Business, Chailey launched her career in the London financial markets. She later expanded her expertise into training, organizational development, and quality management through key roles in Stuttgart and Shanghai. A true global professional, she is bilingual in English and German, conversational in French, and possesses a foundational knowledge of Mandarin.
Why CEPA?
For Chailey, working at CEPA is a natural extension of a life lived globally. She is deeply inspired by CEPA’s mission to shape how young people see the world and themselves. Witnessing firsthand how international education fosters intercultural understanding, academic ambition, and environmental responsibility is what makes her incredibly proud to be part of the team.
“Our work changes lives for the better. We help shape the way young people see the world and themselves in it. We foster intercultural understanding, academic ambition and environmental responsibility.”
Beyond the Office
When not optimizing processes or supporting the team, Chailey can be found wandering in a foreign city without a map (or mobile phone), getting lost in a fine art museum, playing soccer, or sharing a great glass of wine with friends.
