CEPA celebrating twenty years in education abroad

The years have gone by so fast that we can hardly believe it ourselves!

Starting out in 1997 as a small German tour operator, CEPA has developed into a thriving and successful leader in the field of study abroad and faculty-led programs.

We are proud of and thankful for our long-standing, trusted university partnerships worldwide. Their vision and passion for international education truly inspires everyone and everything at CEPA.

Our reward is the success and satisfaction the students and faculty leaders take home with them at the end of each and every CEPA study abroad program.

A sincere “Thank You” goes out to our friends, families, and local partners who have supported us on so many different levels throughout the years. We couldn’t have done it without YOU!

Please be sure to connect with us on social media and keep an eye out for exciting posts, including some pretty entertaining “blast-from-the-past” fun during the month of October.

CEPA donates to charitable project in Vuelta Grande, Guatemala

We are pleased to announce that CEPA made a donation of €25,000 to the organization “Kindern eine Chance e.V.” to support its charitable project in Vuelta Grande, Guatemala.

Situated in the heart of Sacatepéquez County, the Mayan village “Vuelta Grande” is located only a few miles from Antigua. Almost 50% of the total population live under the poverty line and have little or no access to public health care, education, and social welfare.

“Building an education center, obtaining medical support, installing new smoke-reducing stoves are just a few of the wonderful project that we’ve been fortunate to be a part of,” said Uli Leibrecht, Director of CEPA. “We are very proud of what we have already achieved over the past 10 years.” Carmen Dötterer, Vice Chairwomen of Kindern eine Chance e.V. commented: “We are thrilled to receive such a generous donation from CEPA. We are so grateful for their commitment to our project in Vuelta Grande and look forward to continue our close relationship.”
