Ambassadors help inspire students to pursue global learning opportunities while supporting recruitment, outreach, and engagement initiatives. This leadership role provides valuable experience in public speaking, mentoring, and intercultural communication.
What you’ll do on campus
- Share personal study abroad experiences through presentations, classroom visits, information sessions, and campus events.
- Connect with prospective students to answer questions and provide peer-to-peer guidance about studying abroad.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as study abroad fairs and pre-orientation sessions.
- Assist with social media content by contributing photos, videos, blogs, or testimonials highlighting your study abroad experience.
- Support outreach campaigns by contacting interested students via email or other approved communication channels.
- Mentor students preparing for their study abroad experience by sharing tips and best practices.
- Provide feedback to CEPA on student interests and program improvements.
- Attend required training sessions and ambassador meetings.
- Complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.

Compensation
A stipend is included in the ambassador program.
Ambassador Eligibility
- Successfully completed a study abroad program through CEPA.
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for international education and cross-cultural learning.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Active on social media and comfortable creating digital content is preferred.
