I am just starting
You have great ideas but might have questions, need further advice,
or want some guidance to bring everything together in an itinerary.
Are you already planning your own faculty-led program and would like to receive a proposal from us? The first step is to send us your course description and academic goals, along with all of the details, such as desired travel dates, estimated group size, preferred locations, etc.
You have great ideas but might have questions, need further advice,
or want some guidance to bring everything together in an itinerary.
You know your exact travel dates and destinations, and are ready
to request a formal proposal with quote. (at no charge or committment)
Please contact us by email at info@cepa-abroad.org
and let us know how we can help.
We work with you every step of the way.
Ideally, the planning process with CEPA begins 8-12 months prior to your departure date.
This proposal is the basis for further collaboration and revisions until we agree on a final program outline.
When everything is finalized by both of us, you will receive the final program outline and booking agreement for you and/or your institution to approve, sign, and return.
Faculty member(s) leading a program are the most effective recruiters! Students respect you as faculty and mentors and therefore you play a significant role in the recruitment process. Upon request, we can support you with promotional assistance, such as a flyer and/or poster as well as the attendance of a CEPA representative at your study abroad fair.
Student orientation is also a critical part of your students’ learning abroad process. It provides necessary, practical information and helps setting students’ expectations.
The deposit and minimum number of participants is required no later than 90 days before your departure date. If you cannot meet the minimum group size, we are flexible and will work with you on modifications to avoid cancelling your entire program.
For information on our cancellation policy, please check our terms and conditions.
You will receive a tentative itinerary in order to finalize the daily schedules, visits, and lectures. We will ask for additional information, such as the participants list and emergency information as well as collect final payments. Assistance for your pre-departure meetings with students can also be provided.
Congrats, we are ready to welcome your group!
You will receive a comprehensive itinerary with detailed, day-to-day schedules that includes all relevant information for you and your students. Please share it amongst your students.
