A dual education program combines apprenticeships in a company with vocational education at an institution. This system is practiced in several countries, notably Germany, and recognized worldwide as a highly effective model for the combination of theory and practice. During this program in southern Germany, students will visit a local State Ministry and learn about various school models as well as companies that voluntarily provide these training opportunities as they believe that this is the best way of meeting their own need for skilled staff.
