Are you already planning your own faculty-led program and would like to receive a proposal from us? The first step is to send us your course description and academic goals, along with all of the details, such as desired travel dates, estimated group size, preferred locations, etc.

Let’s collaborateIdeally, the planning process with CEPA begins 8-12 months prior to your departure date.
 Receive your first proposal (approx. 2-3 weeks after your request)
Receive your first proposal (approx. 2-3 weeks after your request)This proposal, or what CEPA refers to officially as the Scope of Work (SOW) is the basis for further collaboration and revisions until we agree on a final program outline.
 Booking (acceptance of SOW)
Booking (acceptance of SOW)Once we have agreed on a final program outline, please sign the Booking acceptance on the last page of the SOW on or before the date listed in the program fee section and return the signed proposal to us.
 Promotion, recruitment, and orientation
Promotion, recruitment, and orientationFaculty member(s) leading a program are the most effective recruiters! Students respect you as faculty and mentors and therefore you play a significant role in the recruitment process. Upon request, we can support you with promotional assistance, such as a flyer and/or poster as well as the attendance of a CEPA representative at your study abroad fair.
Student orientation is also a critical part of your students’ learning abroad process. It provides necessary, practical information and helps setting students’ expectations.
 Confirm your number of participants (no later than 90 days prior to departure)
Confirm your number of participants (no later than 90 days prior to departure)The deposit and minimum number of participants is required no later than 90 days before your departure date. If you cannot meet the minimum group size, we are flexible and will work with you on modifications to avoid cancelling your entire program.

 Fine-tuning
Fine-tuningYou will receive a tentative itinerary in order to finalize the daily schedules, visits, and lectures. We will ask for additional information, such as the participants list and emergency information as well as collect final payments. Assistance for your pre-departure meetings with students can also be provided.
